Location & Directions

The CMIL is located right next to Terminal 2 of San Diego International Airport, at 4165 Spruance Rd, San Diego, CA 92101. See below for specific directions:

From SDSU main campus (East):

• Take I-8 W from Montezuma Rd.
• Continue on I-8 W. Take CA-163 S to W Hawthorne St. Merge onto I-5 N and take exit 17A towards the airport.
• Take N Harbor Dr past the airport to McCain Rd. Turn right onto McCain Rd.
• Turn left at Spruance Rd.
• Follow Spruance to the end. CMIL is the rounded glass building on the left.

From the Beach (West):

• Take Nimitz Blvd south, all the way to the end.
• Turn left on N Harbor Dr.
• Turn left on McCain Rd.
• Turn left at Spruance Rd.
• Follow Spruance to the end. CMIL is the rounded glass building on the left.

From the North:

• Take I-5 S to Sassafras St/San Diego Airport exit.
• Merge onto Ketner Blvd.
• Turn right onto W Laurel St.
• Make a slight right onto N Harbor Dr.
• Continue to McCain Rd. Turn right on McCain Rd.
• Turn left at Spruance Rd.
• Follow Spruance to the end. CMIL is the rounded glass building on the left.

From the South:

• Take I-5 N to W Hawthorne St, exit 17A.
• Take N Harbor Dr past the airport to McCain Rd. Turn right onto McCain Rd.
• Turn left at Spruance Rd.
• Follow Spruance to the end. CMIL is the rounded glass building on the left.
